Wildlearning - Winter Bird Photography 16 March
16 March 2019, 11:00 - 17:30 ( Add to calendar )
Join award-winning professional wildlife photographer, Kevin Sawford,
on this informative and inspiring workshop at the stunning Lackford Lakes nature reserve.
This workshop is for those who want to learn to photograph the array
of bird life that Lackford Lakes is home to during the winter months.
From garden birds at the feeding station to the diverse species of
wildfowl on the lakes there will be plenty of subjects to enhance your
photography skills such as birds in flight.
The course is scheduled to finish at dusk so hopefully we will have a
beautiful sunset so that we can shoot silhouette images of the birds
coming into roost on the lakes.
What to bring:
All camera equipment (including spare batteries, memory cards)
telephoto lens 300mm or more and/or wide angle lens
stout footwear & weather suitable clothing
notebook and pen
Please wear weather suitable clothing and wear stout shoes or boots. Do wrap up warmly as you will be spending time in hides and it can get very cold.
If you are interested in this course but unsure whether you have the
necessary equipment or knowledge please go to Kevin's website to contact
him with any questions prior to booking: www.kevinsawford.com
Tea, coffee & biscuits will be provided and are included in the cost of the course.
