Join master jam-maker, Janet Peachey, of Peacheys Preserves at this masterclass and learn how quick and easy it is to make jam and conserves
During this practical and enjoyable workshop, Janet will share her ideas for wonderful pre-Christmas preserves to make for yourself or to give as edible gifts. She will guide you to create a variety of different products including mincemeat for home-made mince pies, a seasonal savoury jam to serve with meats and cheeses, and bottled fruits.
Janet runs her own successful business, Peacheys Preserves, where she makes all her preserves by hand using family recipes, creating new recipes and using the finest own-grown wild and local produce. For more
