Pickles are great added to sandwiches, meats & cheeses. This workshop will give you the requisite skills
to make perfect pickles such as mustard pickles, bread & butter pickles and pickled fruits. Janet will
show you how to use a variety of ingredients fro the late Summer harvest to create different flavours and give you lots of new ideas

There will be a charge of £8 on the day for Janet's ingredients and jars.
Tea, coffee and biscuits are included in the price.
